Our Facility

FacilityOur facility is recognized by the College of Physiotherapy Alberta and the Canadian Sport Centre. Marda Loop Sport Physiotherapy is a 1,500 sq.ft. facility with three private treatment rooms, three curtained treatment rooms and a spacious exercise area with cardio equipment, weights, balance trainers and other rehabilitation equipment.  The clinic is on the ground floor with ample free parking in front and along the street.

What Kinds of Conditions Do You Treat at Marda Loop Sport Physiotherapy?

We are trained and experienced in treating most orthopaedic and neurological problems.  Some specific examples of conditions we commonly treat are:

  • Low back pain / sacroiliac joint dysfunction / thoracic spine pain
  • Neck pain
  • Whiplash from motor vehicle accidents or falls in sport
  • Sporting injuries: ligament sprain, plantar fascitis, tendonitis, bursitis, joint fixations, subluxation,  runners knee, muscle strains / tears
  • Chronic pain such as fibromyalgia
  • Work related injuries
  • Post fracture
  • Post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation
  • Arthritic conditions: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis

Monday to Friday  7am – 6pm
Our first client is booked at 7am and last at 6pm.

Cancellation Policy

Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or rebook so that others maybe able to fill your spot.

What should I wear?

Please bring clothing such as tank tops that will allow us to have easy access to the area you are having treated.

What to bring?

  • Copies of any previous scans or reports relating to the problem area that you are having examined
  • If you have seen anybody about the particular injury please try and bring a progress letter
  • A list of any medication (regardless of its purpose) and their doses
  • A list of any allergies that you are aware of
